The ACC must be already prescribed by a registered practitioner. Acupuncturists cannot prescribe ACC but can treat ACC claimants. (please see ACC page for more onformation)
Payment can be made with eftpos, cash or internet banking.(unfortunately we no longer accept credit cards or have payWave facility)
Cancellation PolicyPlease take note of my cancellation policy which requires 24 hours notice of cancellation or a $50 charge. On the booking site, if you are outside this time frame you can't cancel on the link. Don't worry. Just txt me you can't come and your reason why. I can withhold the fee.
You can avoid the charge by rebooking in the same week.
For appointments cancelled 4 hours before treatment, the full session fee will need to be charged.

Consent
A consent form will need to signed by you on your first treatment. In New Zealand, a patient must be able to make an informed decision about healthcare options, including the option of refusing the service. Please be patient while we discuss the usefulness and possible side effects of acupuncture and the other tools we use for your recovery.
Unhappy with your service?
Acupuncture Health will do it's utmost to provide the best experience for you. We have had many satisfied patients over the 20 years of service in Auckland.
In the unfortunate event you are not satisfied with the service provided please talk to the acupuncturist first, to resolve the situation. No problem is too small.
If you are still not satisfied, you can contact the NZ Council of Chinese Medicine and/or the Health and Disability Commissioner.
